We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Market Research & Go-to-Market Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for providing the critical market intelligence that informs our sales, marketing, and product strategies. You will be the expert on our market, competitors, and target customers, translating data into actionable insights that drive our growth.
As our Market Research & Go-to-Market Analyst, you will be the strategic mind behind our growth, transforming raw market data into the actionable insights that fuel our sales and product teams. Your core responsibilities will include:

What you'll be doing:

  • Architecting Market & Competitive Intelligence: You will be the expert on our market, diving deep into trends and dissecting the competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities. You will own the process of developing detailed buyer personas and customer archetypes that form the foundation of our strategy. Your ability to work and communicate in English and Spanish will be key to unlocking insights from a global market.
  • Driving Data-Driven Strategy: You will create a sophisticated ranking model to prioritize customer segments and verticals, directly informing our sales and service delivery models. This strategic prioritization will ensure our efforts are always focused on the most promising opportunities.
  • Ensuring Operational Excellence: You will oversee our centralized lead generation process, implementing strategies for lead enrichment and deduplication to ensure the integrity of our Hubspot CRM and sales pipeline. Your work will provide the clear, clean data our teams rely on to succeed.

  • Customer & Vertical Strategy: Develop detailed buyer personas and customer archetypes. Identify and analyze key industry verticals to create segment-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Data-Driven: Prioritization: Create a ranking model to prioritize customer segments and verticals, directly influencing the sales and service delivery model.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Oversee the centralized lead generation process. Implement strategies for lead enrichment and deduplication to ensure the integrity of our Hubspot CRM and sales pipeline.
