In their 40s, many women are blindsided by the severity and overall impact on health by symptoms associated with menopause and sexual health. Despite half the population being impacted and symptoms lasting over a decade, women continue to struggle to get access to medical care and treatment paths to address their symptoms and get better.

Our women’s aging platform addresses these problems by giving women access to registered medical experts with the ability to prescribe appropriate medication when needed, and to personalized treatment paths and tools for symptom management. Coral offers the highest quality research-based resources available to accompany women in their menopause journey, and provide care beyond menopause to improve long-term health outcomes.

Summary of the role

We are assembling our dream team, and we are now looking for an accomplished co-founder & CEO to lead the venture. If you are up for it, you will:

• Build and lead a high-caliber team of “A” player early hires
• Provide leadership on building and scaling the product and the operations from a few initial highly-satisfied users to make it accessible to all women across Canada
• Provide overall leadership to the organization, working across all aspects and functions of the business (product, marketing, sales, tech, finance, etc.)
• Lead the fundraising efforts in collaboration with the founding team and investors
• Work closely with the executive chairperson and investors

Background & Experience

• Track record of building and leading a successful D2C business as a CEO, President, COO, Product Executive, or GM with P&L ownership
• Experience building a tech venture from the ground up, raising capital from VCs and leading an exit process
• Deep D2C experience: experience building products that are highly engaging, and experience acquiring D2C users through various channels
• Relevant industry experience: Healthcare, HealthTech, FemTech, or MedTech
• Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare system
• Based in Canada
