Co-Founder & CEO, New Venture: Warranty Management Platform
Diagram Ventures
Summary
We are launching an end-to-end warranty management solution that empowers manufacturers to speed up warranty processes, boost customer satisfaction, and streamline team workflows. We are on a mission to reduce operational costs and enhance the customer experience through our cutting-edge technology.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to bring this venture to success. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and growth of the company. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in the consumer electronics and appliance industries, as well as deep expertise in warranty management.
The Opportunity
While a necessary cost of business, limited warranties represent a large revenue drain for OEMs, with warranty claims costing between 2-5% of net sales for manufacturers. The process of limited warranty management is extremely manually intensive for both the manufacturer and customer, with added complexity when a technician is required for repairs. These challenges have resulted in inflated operating costs for OEMs and a frustrating experience for customers.
We believe there is an opportunity to launch an end-to-end warranty management platform that is purpose-built for manufacturers. Our platform connects purchase data from every channel and provides a centralized dashboard for managing product protection, limited warranty, troubleshooting, service plans and registration.
This venture has been significantly de-risked, with product-market fit verified and a solid commercial pipeline.
Who we are looking for
We are assembling the dream team of entrepreneurs and technologists, and we are now looking for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead the venture and guide the strategic vision.

- Provide overall leadership to the organization, working across all aspects and functions of the business (product, marketing, sales, tech, finance, etc.)
- Lead the fundraising efforts in collaboration with the founding team and investors
- Work closely with the investors/board
Background and experience:
- Track-record of leading a business as a CEO, President, COO, Sales Executive, or GM with P&L ownership within an organization
