Your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to Emmanuelle Gabay, Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to high-volume recruitment for our member-facing operational roles and continuously elevating Dialogue as an employer of choice, all while ensuring compliance with our established policies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Confidently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume operational roles
• Act as a trusted thought partner for hiring managers when navigating complex situations
• Continuously build your talent pipelines by doing proactive sourcing and engaging with passive candidates
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as the implementation of new tools, processes, and automation
• Improve Dialogue’s brand awareness by attending or coordinating hiring and networking events

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment
• A strong sense of ownership and autonomy
• A desire to learn and transfer knowledge
