Your role as Product Manager

Reporting to Vanessa Jones, Group Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our products and drive innovation in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Product Manager at Dialogue, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and leading your team to define and deliver high-impact initiatives that align with the company's business objectives of improving our members’ satisfaction while delivering value to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with various teams internally (go-to-market, service operations, design, marketing, customer success, etc.) to identify the best opportunities that will help us improve our member and/or client experience.
- Work closely with a dedicated Scrum team, collaborating with Engineering and Design to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful solutions for your target user segment.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and actively influence product strategy based on user feedback
- Determine and prioritize product development goals by using a hypothesis-driven approach, making assumptions, and assessing factors like usability, value, and legal considerations
- Measure the impact of your feature deliveries against the user and business goals.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language, facilitating communication between various teams and key leaders among the company.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years of proven experience in product management or as a product owner with a track record of success in owning the whole product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
- A mix of B2B and B2C experience (or B2B2C) is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in product development methodologies, including experience leading Scrum teams, in collaboration with Engineering and Design
- Strong user-centric mindset and a passion for delivering great impact for customers and the business value
- Strong data-centric mindset, eager to analyze their product outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty
- Humble confidence and an open-minded, flexible approach to problem-solving
- Experience with testing and experimentation as part of product development is a strong asset
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
