Your role as Senior DevSecOps Developer
Reporting to Dialogue's Director of platform, you will play a key role in ensuring Dialogue's infrastructure platform runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will contribute to its evolution by implementing innovative solutions, enhancing security measures, and optimizing performance. Your work will directly support product teams, fostering efficiency and autonomy while mitigating cybersecurity risks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and enhance Dialogue's platform infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and automation
- Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, including risk management, incident response, patch management, and vulnerability management
- Support and collaborate with product development teams by guiding infrastructure needs and improving efficiency through DevOps best practices
- Improve monitoring and observability to enable proactive issue identification and resolution
- Automate operational tasks to streamline workflows and improve platform scalability
- Participate in code reviews and backlog refinement meetings to continuously improve infrastructure quality
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Golang, or Bash
- A strong DevOps mindset with a focus on automation, observability, and continuous improvement
- Cybersecurity expertise, including risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security best practices
- Information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring thorough validation of changes to maintain seamless system operations
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
