Your role as a Registered Nurse (In Person Clinic)

Dialogue is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to fill a full- or part-time hybrid position in one of our in-person clinics, located in Montreal and on our virtual care platform. The Nurse Clinician's mission is to ensure the assessment, care and referral of patients who consult us, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. In addition to in-person consultations, the nurse collaborates with our virtual team to ensure a seamless patient experience throughout their care journey.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide a wide range of hands-on nursing care including blood draws, wound care, microbiological swabs, ear irrigation, and more
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and physiotherapists
  • Take part in health promotion activities such as vaccination campaigns and women’s health initiatives
  • Provide follow-up and tailored health education to members living with common chronic conditions: high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, obesity, alcohol or cannabis use, and smoking
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in nursing
  • Active OIIQ license
  • Knowledge and mastery of PIQ, contraception, STBBI screening and treatment (an asset)
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: expanded role, community or primary care, emergency care or critical care
  • Ability to travel to the corporate clinic located in downtown Montreal, 2-3 days a week (the rest of your hours can be done in virtual care)
  • Comfort with technology
  • Autonomy, professionalism, rigor and adaptability
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
