Role Description

This is a full-time in-office position for our first Customer Success Manager located in Toronto. We’re looking for a dynamic individual to support our customers' success with Lyteflo - launching accounts, building relationships, solving customer problems, and enabling our customers to get maximum value from our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onboarding and post-launch activities for customers
  • Conduct training for customers to maximize user enablement and adoption
  • Manage post-launch customer support
  • Ongoing reporting to communicate performance to customers
  • Using data and customer feedback to optimize customer experience and performance
  • Develop repeatable processes for launch and post launch activities
  • Develop and report on customer retention metrics that support the success of Lyteflo

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in the automotive industry
  • 2+ years experience in technology
  • Must be available to work out of the Company’s Toronto office
  • Must have a positive and optimistic attitude
