Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director, located in Toronto, ON. We’re looking for an out-front marketer, someone who leads from the front and turns strategy into shipped work and outcomes for the sales team. You’ll own marketing end-to-end from narrative, demand, positioning, launches, content, and experiments.
What You Will Do
- Own and execute Lyteflo’s marketing strategy across brand, demand, product, and content
- Define and sharpen our positioning, messaging, and category narrative
- Drive pipeline and revenue impact in partnership with sales
- Lead product launches, announcements, and go-to-market efforts
- Create and oversee high-leverage content (case studies, landing pages, decks, demos, email, thought leadership)
- Experiment aggressively, measure results, and double down on what works

Experience in Automotive and B2B SaaS is a requirement.
