About Us

We’re Lyteflo, a fast-growing software company helping car dealerships sell more electric vehicles. EVs are new territory for a lot of stores, and we help them tackle the challenges that come with selling them. We’re hiring our second BDR to help us grow. You’ll be starting conversations with prospective customers, identifying good-fit dealerships, and booking meetings that lead to real revenue. This is a chance to make a big impact in an early stage company.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to car dealerships across North America by email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Identify key contacts and spark conversations
  • Book qualified meetings for our founder-led sales team
  • Help test and improve our outreach approach as we scale

  • You’re hungry to learn and build a career in sales
  • You love getting your hands dirty and aren’t afraid of rejection
  • You write and speak clearly, and you’re not afraid to put yourself out there
  • You take initiative and enjoy figuring things out
