What you’ll be doing

  • Identify opportunities to automate processes within the product department and across the organization.
  • Design and implement automation solutions driven by artificial intelligence using orchestration platforms or by using other methods.
  • Connect automation workflows with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub, Slack, and ServiceNow.
  • Work with product teams and other departments to understand their processes and needs.
  • Test and confirm automation solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and improve automation workflows for ongoing efficiency.
  • Keep up with the latest artificial intelligence and automation technologies and practices.
  • You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Who we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management or similar role, preferably in a tech-focused setting.
  • Hands-on experience implementing process automation using artificial intelligence technologies.
  • You should have a proven track record in automation, with a preference for experience using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Expertise in current artificial intelligence orchestration platforms and tools.
  • Proven ability to integrate automation workflows with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub, Slack, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical skills to spot and prioritize automation possibilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.

What we offer

  • Contribute directly to shaping the experience that modernizes the Canadian mortgage industry.
  • Take advantage of nesto's employee mortgage program that provides our employees with the best, exclusive, preferred low rates.
  • Benefit from a generous time-off policy including 4 weeks vacation per year.
  • Enjoy a premium benefits plan fully paid by nesto, including a top-class insurance plan and unlimited access to telemedicine and mental health service, for you and your family from day 1.
  • Access to an annual health and wellness budget.
  • Take your work internationally with our temporary international work program.
  • Seize the possibility of working in a hybrid mode. We have beautiful offices in downtown Montreal (Peel Station) and our spaces are dog-friendly!
