Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage developers by providing them with mentorship on the product and technical abilities;
• Manage scrum teams and ensure commitments are shipped within the deadline and quality standards within a professional, high-paced engineering environment
• Responsible for performance evaluations and establishing objectives;
• Partner with leadership to influence the technical vision and product roadmap;
• Introduce, run, and optimize team project management processes;
• Develop and communicate standards for the team to achieve high-quality deliverables;
• Coordinate product technical documentation, knowledge base, and best practices implementation;
• Monitor applications and services to ensure they are aligned with engineering best practices
• Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate high-performing developers;
• Report any risk, incident, or anomalous situation that could affect the security of Novisto or customer data.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 6+ years of experience with web-related technologies
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position
• Experience with SaaS product
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An analytical mind, with great attention to detail.
