We are looking for a Controller to join our growing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing transactional finance activities with our third-party providers;
• Revenue and expense recognition;
• Managerial accounting to analyze company performance and cash usage ;
• Assisting the Finance & Operations Manager and Executive team with Board and Investor Presentations;
• Tracking of KPIs around operational performance;
• Internal Budget Reporting To Department Heads;
• Audit and Tax filings;
• Information gathering for grants and subsidies;
• Ensuring Novisto has reliable accounting policies and procedures as the company scales;
• Follow the policies and procedures
• Respect and follow the established security controls
• Report any risk, incident, or anomalous situation that could affect the security of Novisto or customer data

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree with relevant Accounting Coursework;
• 4-6 years experience at a Big 4 Accounting firm or Technology Company;
• Familiarity with accounting and payroll software (Wagepoint, Xero, Dext, Ramp, Deel, Float Card, etc.)
• Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel;
• A hardworking, ambitious individual interested in maximizing their personal development;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills (Bilingualism in French and English);
• CPA (an asset);
• Experience with SaaS business models and Venture Capital (an asset);
