Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer who can transform complex problems into elegant, intuitive, and impactful design solutions. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles within the SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive design solutions from concept to final implementation
• Create user-centered design experiences across multiple platforms and devices
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute product vision
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design strategies
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Present design concepts and rationales to cross-functional teams and leadership
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input
• Work within design and brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of professional product design experience
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive design solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of interaction design principles
• Familiarity with design thinking and user research methodologies
• Understanding of basic front-end development principles
• Experience working in agile development environments

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Wireframing and prototyping
• User experience (UX) design
• User interface (UI) design
• Design systems and style guides
• Basic understanding of responsive design principles
