The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Associate Financial Advisor to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and our advisory team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Operations team and leadership to:

  • Support financial advisors with day-to-day operations and qualifying clients to build the pipeline
  • Help prospective clients onboard smoothly onto the Retirable platform
  • Contribute insights that improve our client experience and product

Client-Focused Skills and Mindset

  • Naturally skilled at building rapport and earning trust through empathy and active listening
  • Passionate about needs-based selling — guiding clients to the right solutions without high-pressure tactics
  • Able to deeply understand clients’ financial needs, goals, and behaviors, and translate them into actionable strategies
  • A clear and confident communicator who can share client insights across cross-functional teams

How You Work

  • Curious and resourceful, with a knack for identifying blockers, solving problems, and managing details
  • Efficient and adaptable — comfortable navigating a high-volume outbound and inbound contact center without sacrificing quality
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to helping people achieve a retirement they once thought impossible
