Title: Aerial Systems Operator (Contractor)

Reports To: Flight Ops Coordinator (duncan@skywardwildfire.com)

Location: Idaho,USA (Airport TBD)

Term: July 10th - TBD (2 weeks to 2 months flexible)

Travel: Contractor responsible for all travel costs to/from Idaho airport.

Position Overview

Safety-focused Systems Operator to manage in-flight equipment, aircraft loading, and ground logistics alongside flight crew.

Responsibilities

• Handle mission equipment and log data during flight.
• Safe loading/unloading and pre/post-flight system checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation/emergency services
• Can Lift 50 lbs overhead; comfortable in dynamic flight environments.
• On-call 24/7 with 30-min airport response time.

Compensation (USD)

• $175 Flight Day / $100 Standby (up to 3 hrs).
• $27/hr for hours over 6.5; local overtime rules apply.
