We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Implementation and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As the Technical Implementation and Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation and onboarding process for our clients. You will work closely with our sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new clients. Your technical expertise and strong communication skills will be essential in guiding clients through the implementation process, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical implementation and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives, and provide technical expertise to align our product with their needs.
- Coordinate with the customer success team to develop implementation plans and timelines, ensuring that client expectations are managed effectively.
- Configure, customize, and integrate our software solutions according to client specifications, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge.
- Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for clients to educate them on the features, functionality, and best practices of our products.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients during the onboarding phase, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, effectively communicating project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to identify and communicate client feedback, product enhancement requests, and potential issues.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of implementation and onboarding documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or a similar role, preferably in a BaaS, SaaS or software company.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with software applications and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset who can reach quick decisions while still considering the company’s best interests .

- Ability to accommodate flexible working hours to support remote team members and meetings across time zones.
Skills You Will Develop In This Role
- Business strategy as you manage multiple stakeholders, such as internal stakeholders, FinTechs, Banks, and Partners.
- Communication and presentation skills as you train clients on how to use Synctera’s cutting-edge technology.
- Building standards and processes with the Implementation & Onboarding team to streamline business practices.

The salary range for this full-time position (USD: $115,000-$135,000, CAD: $87,000-$110,000) is determined by role, level, and location. The range informed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US and Canadian locations. Within the range, individual pay will be determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and other factors.
