As an Estate Plan Advisor reporting into the Senior Director, Planning & Estates, you will:
- Represent ClearEstate to our clients by providing estate planning guidance and explanations as needed throughout the estate planning process.
- Deliver quality customer service by identifying client needs with an empathic approach.
- Oversee and support clients with the implementation of their estate plans, generating their will and power of attorney documents through the ClearEstate platform.
- Evaluate and suggest additional services we offer, as applicable, in order to provide the best support to our clients.
- Work closely with our Customer Success Managers, who are the main point of contact for ClearEstate clients.
- Coordinate with external professional services (lawyers, accountants, etc.) in servicing client needs beyond ClearEstate’s scope.
- Communicate with clients’ financial or other advisors as requested or necessary.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication to clients, team members and stakeholders.
- Manage tasks, deadlines and quality control appropriately.
- Achieve quotas and service level agreements as part of our team goals.
- Field estate planning questions and provide training and support to ClearEstate staff and participate in development and delivery of educational material.
- Work with the Continuous Improvement team to develop templates, playbooks, checklists and other initiatives contributing to efficiency and scalability of services.
- Keep up to date on industry trends and legislation and make recommendations on how to incorporate these into our processes and service delivery.
- Test functionality and provide feedback to the Product team to improve the quality of the ClearEstate platform.
- Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to further develop ClearEstate.
- Deliver internal and external presentations including webinars and workshops.
- Work with the Business Development team and participate in meetings with potential partners, representing ClearEstate’s subject matter expertise.
- Participate in recruitment and maintenance of relationships with service partners.
- Conduct relevant research as required.
